She was the Daughter of the late Fonzie and Mary (Bartley) Coleman. She was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years S. Walker Edwards, 3 brothers and 1 sister. She is survived by One son: Steve Edwards Clintwood VA. One daughter: Cathy Fleming Clintwood VA. 2 grandsons: Greg (Pam) Edwards Clintwood VA. Matthew (Belinda) Edwards, of Clintwood VA. 2 granddaughters: Samantha Fleming and Fiancé Wayne Schiffer Clintwood Amanda (Travis) Hannah of Resaca GA. 5 great grandchildren: Justin, Seth, Amy, Hunter, and Megan. 4 sisters: Faye (George) Branham of Clintwood VA. Marge (Berlie) Johnson of Cleveland VA. Sue Hackney of Roanoke VA. Claudett Edwards of Big Rock VA. 2 Brothers: Lon (Maggie) Coleman of Clintwood VA. Earnie Lee (Betty) of Rock House KY. Several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Matthew, Greg, Justin, Tony Edwards, Jerry Cheek and Travis Hannah. Honorary Pallbearers will be all her Sweet nieces and nephews, Lon Coleman, Earnie Lee Coleman, Ricky Grizzle and Home Nursing Company. Family will receive friends Sunday August 3, 2008 at 6:00pm for visitation only, services will be held on Monday August 4, 2008 at 7:00pm In the Mullins Funeral Home Chapel with the elders of the Old Regular Baptist Church officiating. Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday August 5, 2008 at 11:00am. She will be laid to rest in the Colley Cemetery located on Tivis Ridge Haysi VA.
