View this Videotribute James Noble “Jimmy” Fleming, age 64, met his Lord and Savior on Sunday, August 17, 2008 at Norton Community Hospital, Norton VA. Jimmy was a humble and loving husband, dad, papaw and brother who will be dearly missed until we meet again. He was of the Baptist faith and an avid Chicago Cubs fan. Jimmy retired on May 19, 2008 from Cumberland River Coal Company, Blue Ridge Surface Mining Appalachia, Virginia where he served as a blasting foreman. He was preceded in death by his parents Zoal and Meda Fleming; brothers Ed Fleming, Danny Fleming and Ronnie Fleming, and sister Glenda Sue Baker. He is survived by his wife Betty Nickles Fleming 2 sons: Steven Fleming and his wife Tammy Cleveland TN. James Brent Fleming and his wife Jamie Wise VA. 4 grandchildren Nick Fleming Sydney Fleming Madeline Fleming Gianna Fleming 1 brother Richard Fleming and wife Susie 2 sisters Linda McGlothin and husband Harold Patty Shortt and husband Rodney 6 nieces and five Nephews 2 paternal Aunts Ms. Tilda O’quinn and Mrs. Ruby Kiser 1 paternal Uncle Carl Fleming Pallbearers will be Phil Yates, Ken Hall, Clay Speck, Roger Robinson, Gary Lewis, Wayne Smith, and Kenny Spangler. Family will receive friends Tuesday August 19, 2008 at 6:00 pm followed with a song service at 7:00 pm with Lynn Vanover officiating. Graveside services will be held Wednesday August 20, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at the Lockhart cemetery in the Foxtown section of Clintwood, VA. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society at P.O.
