He was preceded in death by his parents Willie and Vaudney Newberry, 1 sister Dollie Stevens. He is survived by his wife Tammy Newberry Morehead Ky. 3 Daughters: Brittany Vance of the home Brenda Williams, Ohio Collina Vaudney Crabtree, Washington State 1 step daughter: Lori of Ohio 2 sons: Robert Newberry Mansfield Ohio David Newberry, Belleview Ohio 3 step sons: Nathan Vance, Joseph Vance both of Clintwood VA Mitchell Vance, of Dalton Georgia. 3 sisters: Irene N. Jones, Louisa VA. Katherine N. Phipps, Clintwood VA. Ann N. Moore, Niceville Florida 6 brothers: Cecil Newberry, Hanceville Alabama. James Newberry, Crestline Ohio Arlie Newberry Columbus Ohio Sidney Newberry Clintwood VA Jerry Newberry Owensboro KY. Bill Newberry Niceville Florida Special Buddy Elsie Thompson, several grandchildren and great grand children. Pallbearers will be Jerry Newberry, Arlie Newberry, Bill Newberry, James Hayes, George Mullins, Joseph Vance. Honorary Pallbearers will be James Newberry, David Newberry, Robert Newberry. Visitation will be on Friday August 8, 2008 at 6:00pm. In the Mullins Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be held on Saturday August 9, 2008 at 1:00pm with Manie Wayne Strouth officiating, he will be laid to rest in the W.L. Phipps Cemetery Little Doc Phipps Hollow, Clintwood VA.
