View this Videotribute David Harold Blansett age 62 passed away Sunday March 9, 2008. He died suddenly at his home in Clintwood, VA. He was a life long resident of Dickenson County. He was preceded in death by a son Rick Blansett, his father Bradford Blansett, a sister Linda Blansett, two brothers Sammy and Chris Blansett, His grand parents Bruce and Dollie Farmer. He is survived by his wife Dorothy Blansett, 1 daughter: Nancy ( Scott) Davis of Clintwood 1 son: Bradley (Nicole) Blansett of Clintwood 2 loving Grandchildren that he loved with all his heart Whitney Davis and Isaiah Blansett. His mother Jerlean Blansett, a sister Betty Mullins a brother Steve (Leanna) Blansett. Several nieces and nephews. And a host of friends he will be sadly missed by all that knew him. Pallbearers will be Family and Friends. Family will receive friends Wednesday March 12, 2008 at 6:00pm In the Mullins Funeral Home Chapel followed with a song service at 7:00pm. Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday March 13, 2008 at 1:00pm. With Alvin Meade officiating. He will be laid to rest in the Blansett Family Cemetery.
